Description
The PID controller keeps the water within ±1 °C of the chosen temperature (88 to 96 °C), so you can match the extraction to light or dark roasts. E61 thermosiphon group, pressure gauge on the group, adjustable pre-infusion. For milk you wait about 45 seconds while the boiler switches to steam mode.
