The Barista knows you are looking at the Vapora Classica.
Description
Steel body, 300 ml brass boiler and a 58 mm portafilter with non-pressurised baskets: the Classica is the machine on which you really learn to extract. The two-hole steam wand allows latte art. It needs a grinder suited to espresso: with pre-ground supermarket coffee the shot runs fast and watery.
